Welcome to Kids Direct Liverpool

Kids Direct is a free magazine for parents with children under 12 years. It is published and distributed three times a year, primarily to coincide with the school holidays, and includes loads of fun and exciting things to do in the Liverpool area.

The magazine is full of information about child-friendly businesses, services and family orientated activities in Liverpool and the wider Merseyside area. Each issue of the Kids Direct magazine is distributed directly to you, for free, via your local school, library or nursery school. It is written by parents, for parents and is a great source of reference for the local Liverpool area.

As well as producing the magazine, there is also this fantastic Kids Direct website. The site will compliment the free booklet but offer lots more too. There is so much to do in Liverpool, we couldn’t fit it all in the magazine so we’ve had to build extra space into this website!

Latest Magazine

The Spring 2013 edition of Kids Direct Liverpool was distributed in March 2013, just in time for the Easter Holidays.

As with all Kids Direct Magazines, it was distributed by hand, in the local community to our extensive network of schools, libraries, nursery schools and health centres.

This edition features plenty of things to do as the weather starts to thaw and spring well and truly hits the Liverpool area.

Some highlights of the Spring magazine include features on Camping but with a twist, or Glamping as some would have it called, this being a combination of glamour and camping.

To wet your appetite even further, we’ve got a great competition to Win a Family Wigwam Weekend.

As we approach Easter, there are some yummy Easter recipes to try and a great article from dietician Claire Choudhary giving some top tips on how to get your kids to eat vegetables.

And as ever, we have some fantastic free-to-enter competitions and a chance to get one of 500 Free Recorders courtesy of Dawsons Music in Liverpool to celebrate the opening of their new store.
